Wrap the cloth and board together in Saran wrap and hide it somewhere where it won't get damaged. The grill cloth is likely mounted to a sheet of plywood ("baffle board"). Keep all the screws, put as many back as makes sense, and label the rest in baggies. Separate the chassis, speaker, cabinet, and grill cloth from each other. There is no good replacement that looks anything close. Protect it! Do not inadvertently stick a finger through it, or a screwdriver. From your photo, it looks like, miraculously, the grill cloth is in good shape and original.
